EnviroCom Construction Inc. was founded in 1990 with the idea of doing
environmental and commercial construction work, deriving its name from this
goal. However, the firm soon found it easier to deal with projects that
had fewer regulatory restrictions, and so the founders turned almost exclusively
to public projects such as schools and municipal work.
